Beyond its cooperation with other bodies of the Government and state institutions of the Republic of Armenia, the Information and Public Relations Center actively engages in collaboration and dialogue across various sectors with a number of local and international organizations and centers.

The scope of Armenian partners includes educational and scientific institutions, universities, analytical and research centers, mass media outlets, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

In the educational and scientific spheres, the Center actively cooperates with Yerevan State University (YSU), the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE), Brusov State University (BSU), the Russian-Armenian University (RAU), and the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (NAS RA). This partnership encompasses various conferences, thematic discussions, exchange of experience, and the organization of student internships.

The Center maintains an active dialogue with Armenian NGOs and other organizations, such as the "Birthright Armenia" (Depi Hayq) Foundation, the International Republican Institute (IRI), and others. This interaction includes the implementation of joint projects, expert training, and collaboration in other fields.

The Center cooperates with more than twenty national and regional television and radio companies, as well as a number of local news agencies and websites—including the Public Television Company of Armenia, the Public Radio of Armenia, and the "Armenpress" State News Agency. The scope of this cooperation covers the exchange of information of public importance, event coverage, the provision of expert opinions, and other areas.

The Center’s international cooperation is equally extensive, with partnership ties being most active alongside information, research, and analytical centers. Specifically, strong collaboration is established with key regional think tanks, such as the Center for Strategic Studies (CSS) of the Presidency of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI), the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the IRI, the Institute for Iran & Eurasia studies, the Iranian Regional Studies Association (IRSA), the Institute for International Studies (IIS) of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), the Emirates Policy Center (EPC), and the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (Rondeli Foundation). The fields of cooperation include organizing and participating in conferences and discussions, conducting joint research, and other collaborative initiatives.
