IPRC’s Orbeli Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research․
The purpose of the Memorandum of Understanding was to promote cooperation in research and analytical activities, as well as to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise.
Under the Memorandum, the parties planned to cooperate in the following areas:
• Conducting joint research and preparing analytical materials,
• Organizing expert discussions, roundtables, and conferences,
• Exchanging information and expertise,
• Developing the capacities of young researchers
